HI im DigitalFear my other Char gets Disconnection Problems if i try to enter it.

On the page where is 3 charecters to select , i entered in the first char(name:DSdigital) and the game says DISSCONNECTED FROM SERVER guys plz help me i dont know what to do , its been this like 2-3 days , last i was in that char i teleported to argent city and the game stopped responding(i dont know why) and PS: I USE WINDOWS VISTA plz HELP!!!!!!!!!
