Characters wont enter the game

well i have this problem with both my main characters now i can log them in game and the other char in their account can log in normally.
how it happened : i was in Sand Bag City plvling and then i had a big lag and the game disconnected from the server, i tried reconnecting after that but couldn't. at first i thought it was my net connection that made this problem but when i tried other characters i noticed they all worked fine except those two and they are my main characters T T every single thing i posses is in their account
so plz if u could find me a solution to this problem i would be really grateful.
