Well the forum is a bit...... boring don't you guys think? ( Some templates : http://themebot.com/free-website-templates/phpbb-styles )
You should change the forums lay-out and maby color?
Add some mods in to make it easier. Special titles when they reach a amount of posts?

And the xat box.... it's so lonely, make it so people notice it faster. (It's on main site)
It's a waste of that awsome nice xat box. and let some gm's be in there when they are on.
So people don't have to spamm the world chat when there's something wrong, or need there help.
